ZONING BYLAW

The Township approved a Comprehensive Zoning Bylaw on January 17, 2005 to replace the zoning bylaws from the five former municipalities which now makeup the Township of Rideau Lakes. The zoning bylaw provides the detailed regulations which govern development in the Township. The bylaw includes provisions such as permitted uses, setbacks from lot lines, size of lots, parking requirements, and setbacks from environmental features.
