bb Address Change Form If your address has changed, the tax office requires that you complete a change of address form. Verbal requests are not accepted:

bb Dog Tag Licence

All dogs in the Township are required to wear a yearly municipal dog tag. Dog tags can be purchased at the Township Office in Chantry;

OR

you may complete and mail in the following form with a cheque payable to The Township of Rideau Lakes along with a stamped, self-addressed envelope, and your dog tag will be mailed to you.

bb Entranceway Permit Residents wishing to create an entranceway off a Township Road will require an Entranceway Permit. Note that a permit is NOT required for an entranceway off a private road. For more information view the Entranceway Permit Information Page.

bb Festivals Licence

A Festivals Licence, part of Bylaw 2007-19, is required for any public event, festival and/or parade within the Township of Rideau Lakes.

bb Pre-Authorized Tax Payment Form The Township of Rideau Lakes offers a pre-authorized payment (PAP) plan for paying your taxes. PAP makes it easy to budget your tax expenses on a month to month basis. For details see the tax payment page.

Recreation Program Registration Form

for Day Camp, Dance, etc.

A form used to register for the various Recreation Programs offered by the Township of Rideau Lakes.

bb Sand Filter and Stone affidavits Sand Filter Affidavit - for use by the installer and/or sand pit operator when a filter sand system is installed (updated January 2010).

Septic Stone Affidavit - used to certify that stone used in a septic system conforms to the Building Code.

bb Volunteer Form

All volunteers on all Township Committees must complete the Volunteer Form for each term of Council.

bb Well Water Testing This is not a municipal function - however you may pick up the water testing bottles at the Chantry office.  You must drop off your well water samples at any one of several public health facilities. For more information see the Information Bulletin
